As of this day March 2015 I still have all 3 problems I stated earlier, that recall has not fixed the under lining problem of a defective ignition switch its not the key its the switch itself because the car still does all the problems I mentioned in the beginning, I find this a cheap and scary no fix but to satisfy anyone who thinks this was a fix but in reality will cause more harm. That car needed a new battery. If it won't stay charged and is more than 3 years old,it may be a somewhat rare early battery failure. The driver released the brake pedal; however, the vehicle jerked and began to hesitate. Is it possible for the starter to affect the charging system.

The positive battery wire goes straight to the stater and alternator wire in the harness also leads to the starter I looked at the starter and touch it.
