I just went into the upload center settings and deleted the cache and reduced the of days to keep files in the cache to 2 for anyone that is reading this with a similar problem. Do not delete the folder yet. When we upload to the cloud it happends, but on our own network we do not have a problem. As part of the repair a copy of the cache will be saved as a backup and a new cache will be created. I believe an array is the way to go.
